Can I change my license from month-to-month? – Yes, you can, however when you change your license you will lose any unsaved work linked to that license.
Are there any admin fees involved? – Our administration costs are included in the monthly subscription fee you pay. You agree to a flat and fixed rate per month when you enter into the agreement, and that amount only changes after 12 months or if you upgrade your license. There is a small admin fee of R150 if your debit order fails, otherwise there are no additional administration fees.
What type of training is included in the agreement? – Expert training can be requested as per individual or business needs. First come, first served.
Can I allocate my license to another individual during the agreement period? – Yes, you may reassign licenses to necessary individuals, but you cannot reassign the agreement, please discuss with your dedicated Sales Manager.
How quickly will my technical issues be resolved? – Within 48 hours from Monday to Friday. Weekend queries will be urgently addressed in the new work week.
Is license renewal automatic? – No, however you will be sent an email reminder to renew your license via our online store before your license expires.
Do you offer insurance to compensate for job loss? – Not at this stage.
If I stop making payments, how quickly will my license be suspended? Is there a grace period? – You have a 24-hour window to make the owed payment as per agreement terms to avoid suspension and re-application.
Can I reduce my licenses during my agreement period? – Yes, your order is completely customizable, and you may change or upgrade your license throughout your agreement based on your needs and budget. This is why we created FlexiCurve, to accommodate your requirements and make Adobe and other digital tools more accessible to all.
Are there legal implications if I miss a debit order payment? – As this is a month-to-month agreement, your license will be suspended if no upfront payment is received, and you will be liable for a missed debit order fee of R150.
How long is the onboarding process from date of order? – Order processing and onboarding takes less than 1 working day, but this time frame is reliant on how quickly a customer returns the necessary approval documentation.
